This is the classic representation of what most of street taco sellers would offer in Mexico. Red peppers and tomatoes with a light grilled touch. Not spicy, not soft, ideal friendly level.

Use it with tacos, steaks, chips, fried eggs, toasted bread.

It’s low level of spiciness allows it to be used in a very wide variety of meals.

Water, tomatillo, onion, chilly peppers, white vinegar, coriander, seasoner, iodised salt, garlic, variety of gums as thickeners, vegetable oil, acetic acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, soy.
